REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund requests are only eligible if the buyer provides a complete and uncut unboxing video starting from the moment the package is opened.
Accepted reasons for refund:
- The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., holes in the material, stitching defects).
- Hardware or accessories such as zippers, buttons, or buckles are damaged upon first unboxing.
- The product received does not match the original order.
Size exchange policy:
- Size exchanges are available only if the requested size is still in stock.
- If the requested size is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.
- Items must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Additional terms:
- Refunds apply only to the product price.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
International orders:
- All international purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available for international orders.
Reviveless reserves the right to reject refund or exchange requests that do not meet the policy requirements.
